Their Story

After 5 years, 22 countries, and traveling the world 3 ½ times, we now live in North Port, Florida and work at what we love doing.  Creating art and interacting with people at various farmers markets.

Approximately 1 year ago, I followed up on a promise I made to myself to make fish out of palm fronds I found all over.  I still have the two first originals and have taken this particular style of art to a whole new level.

Hours of searching for the proper palm fronds during the correct season yields me very few top grade pieces to work on.   They generally must dry between 6 months to a year and then if they still are suitable, I begin the transformation.

I see other artists involved with similar interests and materials as fellow friends of nature, not competitors.

My jewelry is all natural with a flair for the South Pacific or island look.  Shell, bone, ceramic, glass and stone are utilized to produce a unique blend of art made from the earth and sky.

I never produce the same, exact piece twice.  All jewelry and marine sculptures are one of a kind.
