12 Flour or corn tortillas

1 lbs grass fed beef* (Butchers Gourmet)

1 cup barrel aged feta cheese* (The Big Cheese)

1 cup of shredded cheese blend

1 cup pico di gallo* (Mota's Munchies)

1 Tbs "Mile Marker 44 - Spice"

3 Tbs + 3 TBS of "limited reserve EVOO"

3 turns of "lavender pepper"

Drizzle of "Fig Get It"

1 small red onion, diced

1 Tbs minced garlic

1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

1/8 tsp "The 5th Element" pure Himalayan sea salt infused with Lemongrass oil**



Mix feta and shredded cheese together in small bowl. Lay tortillas out to separate. In a skillet add EVOO, and saute beef, onions, garlic and spices on medium-high heat until browned. Top with moderate drizzle of "Fig Get It" and mix. Starting with 6 tortillas, equally top each with the meat & cheese mixture and sprinkle with a pinch of cilantro and sea salt, top with a tortilla (to form a top and bottom). Heat the remainder of EVOO in the skillet and brown each side of your filled tortilla. Serve with pico di gallo and sour cream.
